We offer an exchange or replacement in cases for defective items. To be eligible for this we require clients to get in touch within 24 hours of receiving the goods ensuring the following:

Custom made orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. Custom made orders include the following:
- Any modification made to an existing design (colour, stones patterns etc).
- Any additional pieces made to an existing design.
- Any tailor made designs specified by clients.
